Simplot Company (Simplot) fertilizer manufacturing, storage, and packaging facility to include a new fertilizer product, fusion ammonium sulfate/nitrate, which will be referred to as ASN-26. Project activities would include installation of a modular production unit and raw material storage tanks, including a 1,000-ton 85 percent ammonium nitrate solution tank, four smaller process tanks, and associated pumps, piping, and pipe racks. All production waste material would be re-processed on site or sold as off specification material for use in soil management and/or crop production. The ASN-26 production unit would have the capacity to produce up to 30 tons per hour, or 720 tons per day. Annual production volumes would be dependent upon market demands and are estimated to range from 12,000 tons in the first year up to 80,000 tons per year over a six-year period. ASN-26 would initially be shipped for local use by truck only; however, the product is anticipated to be marketed out of state and shipped by a combination of truck and rail use in subsequent years.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2012052072,Simplot ASN-26 Project,Charles Mullen,City of Lathrop Community Development Department,N/A,,390 Town Centre Drive,,Lathrop,CA,95330,2099417290,37°48'21.12"N 121°16'39.71"W,Lathrop,San Joaquin,,16777 Howland Road,95330,,196-030-03,I-5,San Joaquin River,,Yes,5/25/2012,6/25/2012,Industrial,Use Permit,"Air Quality, Biological Resources, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Public Services, Transportation",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
