To achieve this, 9 exploratory soil borings and 18 cone penetrometer test (CPT) soundings will be conducted within public rights of way along the proposed Fresno to Bakersfield HST alignment corridor. The boring and CPT soundings will be completed using rigs positioned on or adjacent to paved areas; areas of native vegetation will not be affected. The data collected during this geotechnical investigation project will be presented and analyzed in a technical report. The California High-Speed Rail Authority will use the data to support continued planning and preliminary engineering design for the proposed HST Project.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2011098244,"Geotechnical Investigations for the California High-Speed Train Program, Fresno to Bakersfield Section",Jeff Abercrombie,California High Speed Rail Authority,N/A,,"770 L Street, Suite 800",,Sacramento,CA,95814,5598011164,,Fresno,Fresno,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Categorical Exemption,"C:4,6;S:15304,15306",Minor Alterations to Land.
