Many of the Level-2 roads (OHV suitable) provide access to non-motorized recreation. This project includes development of a GIS analysis and database of watershed impact issues at stream crossings, meadows, and eroding soils related to Level-2 roads, motorized trails, and non-system motorized tracks in the Willow Creek watershed. Data gathered by a Hydrological Tech crew on problems in meadows, eroding stream crossings and stream banks, barriers to is passage, and non functioning culverts would be assessed by resource specialist to identify recommendations for mitigation. The resultant reports would provide information to complete of a series of NEPA documents for implementation of various mitigation measures. Such measures would include meadow rehabilitation, reparation of head cuts, installation of erosion control structures; improvements to trail tread drainage, installation or replacement of culverts on Level-2 roads and motorized trails, and restoration of non-system motorized tracks, among others.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2011088340,Planning for Bass Lake Watershed Studies,Rick LeFlore,California Department of Parks and Recreation,N/A,,Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division,"1725 23rd Street, Suite 200",Sacramento,CA,95816,9163241609,,,Madera,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Other,S:15378,Not a CEQA project.,,,,,,,,,,,,
