Planning Case No. 2011-008 Conditional Use Permit No. 3562 addresses the use of the convenience store and gasoline station with the concurrent sale of beer and wine for off-premises consumption. Planning Case no. 2011-009 Variance proposes to allow the signage to vary from ordinance No. 348, Section 19.4, Item (4) Number of Free-standing signs. This section of the code only allows one free-standing sign per parcel of land, except for shopping centers with frontage on two or more streets. The applicant is currently proposing two (2) signs and would be exceeding what is allowed by one (1) additional sign.
