This will require cut and fill on the levee. The parking area will be located outside the levee across Butte Slough Road and encompass 3 to 5-acres utilizing packed gravel for a parking surface. Development of the boat ramp will allow year around access to the Sacramento River, which is not currently available in the Colusa area.
