Exposure of the sewer pipe typically results in a lack of support of the pipe, which can lead to pipe breakage and/or joint separation & subsequent leakage. The main also remains partially exposed where it crosses Annadel Creek near the storage pond. Project engineers have identified nine additional locations where the creek bank appears to be migrating toward the existing sewer main & the current alignment does not allow for all-weather, emergency and maintenance access to any manholes, making emergency response and regular maintenance difficult. The proposal is to relocate the sewer line outside of the creek bank.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2010082037,Oakmont Sewer Line Relocation,Gillian Hayes,City of Santa Rosa,N/A,,"100 Santa Rosa Avenue, Room 3",,Santa Rosa,CA,95404,7075434348,,Santa Rosa,Sonoma,,Channel Drive,,0.5,several,Hwy 12,Santa Rosa Creek,,Yes,8/13/2010,9/15/2010,Waste Treatment,Site Plan,"Aesthetics, Air Quality, Biological Resources, Geology/Soils, Hazards & Hazardous Materials, Hydrology/Water Quality, Land Use/Planning, Noise, Public Services, Recreation, Transportation",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
