The proposed project will demolish and repair a severely damaged bridge abutment, stabilize failed channel banks and in doing so protect a bicycle/pedestrian bridge, adjacent park trails, and water and electric utilities lines located at the site. Biotechnical bank stabilization methods such as native willow planted rock slopes and large woody debris (LWN) deflectors will be installed along channel banks to stabilize erosion areas and provide additional habitat complexity for aquatic species. The proposed actions will ensure continued public access and utilization of an important community park transportation corridor, and protect channel banks from further erosion.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2010069022,Hillcrest Park Creek Repair,Mark Migliore,City of Concord,N/A,,1950 Parkside Drive,,Concord,CA,94519,9256713422,,Concord,Contra Costa,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,City of Concord ,Yes,8/3/2006,No,No,Yes,,Yes,,No,Yes,"City of Concord 1950 Parkside Drive Concord, CA 94519"
