The area has been recently disturbed by construction and some of the area is still planned for construction as part of the approved St. Vincent's project. According to the studies the area where the new and widened trail is proposed does not have any sensitive biological, archaeological, or other resources. There are trees nearby where migratory birds may nest but the applicant has proposed to construct the facility outside of the bird nesting season or do surveys to avoid nesting birds if construction would occur in the bird nesting season. This would ensure that the project would avoid any impacts on nesting birds. Therefore, the project is not expected to have a significant impact on the environment.",,,,,,,,,,,,
