The Old Grey Rock Wetland Enhancement Project (Project) is part of a larger project, the Syar Napa Quarry Expansion Project. The Project will replace an oversized approximately 60-inch diameter, 71-foot long steel pipe that discharges storm water from an existing detention basin into an unnamed ephemeral drainage to Arroyo Creek with an approximately 36-inch diameter, 71-foot long high-density polyethylene (HOPE) pipe. At the outlet of the new pipe, approximately 2.2 cubic yards of 12-inch and 18-inch minus rock will be placed in the channel, extending approximately 10 feet downstream, to provide scour protection. A diversity of native plant species will be planted to enhance the habitat value of two on-site seasonal wetlands, as well as the riparian corridor of the existing detention basin and ephemeral drainage.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2009062054/7,Syar Napa Quarry Surface Mining Permit #P08-00337,Garrett Allen,Department of Fish and Wildlife,N/A,,"2825 Cordelia Road, Suite 100",,Fairfield,CA,94534,7074282076,,,Napa,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Department of Fish and Wildlife,No,9/5/2019,No,Yes,No,,No,No,No,No,The final environmental impact report prepared for the project is available to the general public at the office location listed above for the Lead Agency
