The excavated materials will be stockpiled outside of the wetland or riparian areas. The total area of wetland disturbance is expected to be 20 by 20 feet. The top six inches of soil will be removed from the excavation site, and segregated. Following construction, the excavated soil would be backfilled and compacted in place. The top soil would be replaced from where it was excavated, and stabilized with erosion control measures such as fiber rolls or jut netting.
