The project includes a grade-separated undercrossing at Carmel Valley Road. The bicycle trail would include storm water drainage features, such as rock slope protection, culverts and manholes, energy dissipaters, and rock-lined ditches. Lighting is only proposed above the trail within the grade-separated pedestrian undercrossing of Carmel Valley Road.
