The portion of the project within Novato SD jurisdiction includes the MST Area Project as examined in the EIR/EIS would consist of 17.5 miles of new pipeline, 4 booster pump stations along the pipeline routes, increased pumping capacity by 880 horsepower, and a new booster pump at the WWTP.
