Approximately 2,000 ft of the trail would be relocated further away from Alpine Road. The portions of the existing trail that is relocated would be removed and revegetated. A 6 ft wide by 40 ft long wooden footbridge would be constructed to allow the relocated trail to cross a seasonal tributary. The project includes planting of ~51 new trees, 90 new shrubs, and 22,800 sf of restored ground plane. The project includes engineering protection in a 150 ft segment of the eroding bank along Trancos Creek. This construction will consist of a 3 to 5 ft high green cribwall, a 2:1 fill slope with riparian planting, and a 6 to 8 ft soldier pile wall and wooden guardrail between the path and the top of the bank of the creek. Approximately 18 trees will be removed for the bank slope protection. Construction would consist of demolition of the existing paving, pulverization and incorporation into paving base material for the reconstructed trail.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2007122029/2,Cl Trail Project,Suzanne DeLeon,California Department of Fish and Game,N/A,,Bay Delta Region,P.O.
