The project is expected to result in the incidental take of individual desert tortoise (threatened), Mohave ground squirrel (threatened), Swainson's hawk (threatened), least Bells vireo (endangered), and willow flycatcher (endangered), all listed under the CESA. The incidental take permit for this project authorizes incidental take of designated species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of project implementation.
