The combined total maximum water right is 6.0 cubic feet per second from April 1 to Oct. 15 for Domestic/irrigation use, and a year round water right of 0.3 cfs for stock water use. The Pipe Ditch Diversion vortex boulder weirs were repaired/reconstructed in 2007 and was funded by the 2006 Klamath River Restoration Grant Program. Maintenance of the diversion intake and fish screen involves the periodic removal of built up debris and silt from around the fish screen using hand tools including shovels, working on screen mechanics, and the occasional minor replacement of hand-stacked rocks on the weir to direct water flow towards teh ditch entrance.
