Access to the project site would be from these roads. The parcel is located in an Agricultural Watershed (AW) zoning district, with a Napa County General Plan designation of Agriculture, Watershed and Open Space. Rock spoils created from grading would be used on the main access road (Debb-Knief Road) within the parcel. Existing slopes range from 4% to 16%, with an average of 10% slope. Water for the project would come from an existing well at the northeast corner of the parcel. An erosion control plan (#03522-ECPA) has been prepared. Erosion control measures include straw mulch, straw wattles, straw bale sediment barriers and a no-till cover crop with 80% coverage. Deer fencing would be placed only around vineyard blocks. Chemicals used for fertilizing and eradicating of weeds, pests and fungi would be kept in an existing shed located off-site. No future projects are anticipated for this parcel at this time.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2006122007,Cordes Vineyard Conversion Project #03522-ECPA,Carly Aubrey,Napa County Conservation Development & Planning Department,N/A,,"1195 Third Street, Room 210",,Napa,CA,94559,7072652325,,Yountville,Napa,,"Debb-Knief Rd, ~ 1.75 mi. north of Soda Canyon Rd, ~ 6 mi. north of intersect. w/Silverado Trail",,+/- 40,032-030-015,,Several unnamed blue-line streams; Rector Reservoir,,Yes,12/1/2006,1/2/2007,Agriculture,,"Air Quality, Cultural Resources, Cumulative Effects, Drainage/Absorption, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Hydrology/Water Quality, Vegetation, Wildlife",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
