At least two storm drain inlet boxes and the attendant inlet and outlet pipes failed and were deposited on the slope. In addition, six separate areas of the bluff face, with varying widths, lengths and depths also washed out as a result of storm water runoff. Erosion gullies were back filled with imported soil and the drainage system was repaired.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2006091021,CDP 05-50 - Carlsbad Slope and Drainage Repair,Pam Drew,City of Carlsbad,N/A,,1635 Faraday Avenue,,Carlsbad,CA,92008,7606024644,,Carlsbad,San Diego,,"Carlsbad Boulevard, Palomar Airport Road and Solamar Drive",,3.2,210-100-03,101,Pacific Ocean,,No,9/6/2006,10/5/2006,Other,Coastal Permit,"Coastal Zone, Cultural Resources, Drainage/Absorption, Flood Plain/Flooding, Geology/Soils, Hydrology/Water Quality, Vegetation",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
