Only bank located above the ordinary high water mark will be restored, so there will be no in-water work for this maintenance project. Although the work will occur directly adjacent to mature blue elderberry bushes which are habitat for the Federally-listed valley elderberry longhorn beetle, the bushes will be completely avoided and not adversely impacted. All areas where grading or fill activities scarify the soil will be stabilized with standard erosion control practices, including revegetation. There will be no significant environmental impacts associated with this project due to the incorporation of mitigation measures.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2004092110/2,Sacramento River Mile 154.5R Bank Protection Maintenance for 2004,Duane Cornett,Department of Water Resources,N/A,,"3310 El Camino Avenue, Suite 110",,Sacramento,CA,95821,9165740370,,Colusa,Colusa,,State Hwy 45 and Reservation Road,,0.2,,45,Sacramento River,,,,,,,,,,,,,California Department of Water Resources ,Yes,,No,No,Yes,,Yes,,No,Yes,California Department of Water Resources
