Project is limited to two sub-projects associated with the construction of the Fiddyment Ranch portion of the West Roseville Specific Plan Open Space Preserve. Project consists of the following sub-projects: 1) Installation of a sewer pipeline under Pleasant Grove Creek. Construction of the F-44B Sewer will include excavating a trench through the creek to install two 6-inch one 12-inch sewer pipelines; installation of manholes at each end of the sewer pipes; and construction of paved roads and hammerhead turnarounds along the north and south sides of the creek to access each manhole. Following installation of the pipe, the creek's bed, banks, and channel will be returned to their original state and revegetated. A coffer dam will be installed upstream fo the work area to prevent flows from entering the work site, and the water will be pumped through a pipe around the work site and back into the creek downstream. Construction of a drainage swale to convey runoff into Pleasant Grove Creek. The F-8B outfall swale will be excavated between the creek and the future residential development. Riprap check dams will be instlaled in the created swale to reduce the flow velocity. Following construction, the swale will be stabilized using native seed mix and mulch.
