Project is limited to the grading and excavation for the installation of an outfall swale that would tie into an existing drainage within the West Roseville Specific Plan (WRSP) Open Space Preserve Parcel F-80 and cross through an existing wetland swale. No rip rap or structures will be placed in the drainage or wetland swale. Equipment will be staged at designated locations away from drainages. High visibility orange construction fencing will be installed along the perimeter of the work area to limit access to adjacent wetlands and Preserve area. No in-stream work will be required for the installation of the above mentioned activities, construction activity will occur while the existing wetland swale and drainage are dry. Approx. 1,500 cubic yards of native material will be excavated and removed from the site. Construction of the outfall swale will temporarily impact approx. 0.006 acre of drainage and permanently impact 0.009 acre of the wetland swale.
