Specifically, the project proposes to: 1) replace the ""curvilinear"" intersection of Village West Drive and Krameria Ave with a simpler, more efficient ""tree"" intersection; 2) adjust the alignment of Krameria Ave slightly to the north to avoid the existing landfill; 3) move the southerly terminus of ""M"" Street approximately 305 ft to the west as it enters the Ben Clark Training Center; and 4) make minor adjustments in acreages of parcels as a result of these adjustments and realignments. These actions would be accomplished through a Specific Plan Amendment (SP-1, A5) and an amendment to Tentative Map 30857 (TM 30857 Amendment #3). In addition, TM 30857 Amendment #3 revises the map to include development phases. Minor General Plan changes are also proposed as part of the Project.
