Lots B, C and D, and a portion of Lot 31, are proposed Biological/Steep Slopes/Open Space easement areas comprised of approximately 42 acres. VTM 5239RPL is considered Unit 7 of the Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe development; the Unit 7 reference will be used for the remainder of the NOP. The proposed internal circulation system for Unit 7 includes the extension of Calle Ponte Bella from the eastern boundary of TM5270 to, and through, Unit 7, which would service the 30 estate lots. The minimum lot size proposed for the residential lots is 1.0 acre.
