The residential complex would also include ancillary facilties such as common areas for social and recreational functions, an exercise facility, space for workshops and other academic related functions, administrative space, a maintenance shop and a small convenience store. The project would be clustered around a large central plaza with smaller courtyards and open areas for student gatherings.
