The activities authorized by this Agreement for the Segment A Phase 1.4 Project include the following: the placement of a soil stockpile including the use of a haul route, and the grading and restoring of proposed open space to make drainage improvements and create wetland habitat. Approximately 21.46 acres of open space will be graded and restored to make drainage improvements and create wetland habitat, which will support wildlife and provide storm water detention/conveyance for storm water. A haul route will be used to move soil from the open space portion of the Segment A Phase 1.4 Project to a soil stockpile (described below), which will be placed within the future development area (Segment Q Phase 1.1) of Property 19.",https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/1999062020/46,Placer Vineyards Specific Plan Property #3,Patrick Moeszinger,Department of Fish and Wildlife,N/A,,"1701 Nimbus Road, Suite A",,Rancho Cordova,CA,95670,9167673935,,,Placer,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Department of Fish and Wildlife,No,2/5/2020,No,Yes,No,,Yes,No,No,Yes,The final environmental impact report prepared for the project is available to the general public at the office location listed above for the Lead Agency.
