The southern segment of the pipeline will start at the intersection of North Main Street and Highway 1. It will connect to the pipeline that was recently approved for Main Street/Highway 92. The pipeline will then cross under Highway 1 and extend north where it will connect with the southern end of the Phase 1 El Granada Pipeline at the road across Highway 1 from Grandview Boulevard. The northern segment of the Phase 3 pipeline will begin north of Wave Avenue and continue north on the west side of Highway 1. It will end near Mirada Road. It will be placed underneath existing streets, creeks and other facilities as well as crossing under Highway 1 again near Mirada Road. The pipeline will extend approximately another 1,300 feet in the Highway 1 right-of-way to Medio Avenue in Miramar. The pipeline will then be installed in existing streets through Miramar to the intersection of the Crossways and Magellan Avenue. The pipeline will then extend northeast to east of the intersection of Santiago and Moro Avenues in the community of El Granada. It will then cross a County parcel and follow Santiago Avenue to a connection with the existing pipeline system at the intersection of Santiago Avenue and Ventura Street. It will be placed under Frenchmans Creek by jack and bore. Project will occur on Frenchmans Creek approximately 300 feet north of Frenchmans Creek Road in the City of Half Moon Bay.
