Planning Horizon III (2025+) would further develop the research and support space that is needed for the University to reach its enrollment goals adding 375,000 to 515,000 GSF of academic, student support, structured parking, and an additional 600 student beds. The proposed master plan would provide on-campus housing sufficient to accommodate more than 60% of traditional FTE and 65% of faculty and staff.
