The Orchard Run Specific Plan (SP-95-004) and Tentative Map (TM 5087) were approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 17, 1998. The proposed WTP will be located on a previously designated 5.8 acre site in the northern portion of the Specific Plan, immediately north of Moosa Creek. The pant will receive water service from the Valley Center Municipal Water District. Access to the project site will be off a private road through the proposed Orchard Run subdivision. The WTP will provide water treatment and storage of treated wastewater for the Orchard Run Residential Subdivision and will be operated by the Valley Center Municipal Water District.
