The O&M Manual would guide O&M activities required to maintain the flood risk management function, design channel capacity, and fish passage capabilities of the FRMC. O&M activities would include, but not be limited to, routine monitoring and inspections, routine repair and maintenance of all FRMC components, routine sediment removal and regarding, and emergency repairs and maintenance.
