- Description
- Currently, LCID's turnout is non-operational, and therefore, LCID is not able to receive the return water from AVEK by Dec. 31, 2018 deadline under the exchange agreement SWPAO #08059. AVEK has requested a three-year extension of the return date. SWPAO #08059-A amends the existing letter agreement #08059 between LCID and AVEK by extending the term of the agreement to Dec. 31, 2021.
