- Caltrans will install concrete barrier to prevent vehicles from running off tthe highway into the existing fence and guardrail and hitting vehicles on the Redwood HIghway Frontage Road. The project will also improve safety for maintenance workers who currently have to repair the fence and guardrail after each accident.
