Renovation of three buildings of a former wastewater treatment plant for a new City Hall. Building footprints (10,000 sq ft combined) would remain unchanged. A small garage structure would be demolished. Interior improvements include office partitions, windows, doors, ADA restrooms and access, electrical and AC distribution systems, computer systems, telephone systems, and fire protection.
