Streambed Alteration Agreement Concerning Unnamed Tributary to Chollas Creek

Description

The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to replace a total of 3,200 linear feet of the original 28-inch diameter steel pipeline along three sections of the existing pipeline. The three segments include the 45th St. Alignment and the Broadway Alignment. Only the Broadway Alignment portion of the project will impact jurisdictional streambed. Two upland vegetation communities are present at the Broadway Alignment portion of the project: chamise chaparrel (0.1 ac) and non-native grassland 0.9 ac). Also present onsite is an intermittent unvegetated stream, considered Waters of the State (245 square feet). Temporary impacts will occur to 245 square feet of Waters of the State.
