Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-52587-R6,
pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to San Bernardino County Flood Control District.
The project is limited to routine maintenance and repair activities for the Cable Creek
Channel, including sediment excavation, trash, and debris removal; existing bottom
control, structural repairs, channel slope repair, and existing rip-rap repair; vegetation
management; and maintenance of access road and fence/gate repair.
Project activities described above are anticipated to temporarily impact no more than
16.75 acres per year of resources subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
