Arcadian Infracom 2 Company is constructing Middle-Mile Broadband Network miles through trenching, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), and pulling fiber optic cables through existing conduit on Cesar E Chavez Ave. through Interstate 710 (I-710) postmile(PM) 24.972 in Los Angeles County. Two vaults (two foot by three foot), one boring pit (3 foot by 5 foot), and one manhole (4 foot by 4 foot) is proposed within Caltrans right-of-way. Maximum excavation depth is four feet.
