Document Description
This project involves essential road preparation and maintenance work aimed at improving roadway conditions and extending the lifespan of the infrastructure. The scope includes crack-sealing and pothole repairs, followed by the application of a leveling course of less than 1 '' of asphalt concrete (AC) pavement. A chip seal process will be applied, starting with sweeping the roadway, followed by the application of a chip seal coat, fog seal, and slurry seal to enhance the pavement's durability and smoothness. Additionally, pavement markings will be refreshed to ensure clear road guidance. Shoulder work will be carried out on only two roads. Equipment used for the project will include spreaders, sweepers, oil trucks, dump trucks, rollers, and graders.
