Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-49685-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to San Bernardino County Flood Control District. The project is limited to routine maintenance and repair activities for the Reche Canyon Creek Channel, including existing bottom control, sediment excavation, and structural repairs; channel slope repair; debris and trash removal; existing rip-rap repair; maintenance access road and fence/gate repair; non-native vegetation removal as needed. Project activities described above are anticipated to temporarily impact 24.9 acres per year of resources subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
