Scope of work includes removing existing conductors and conduits, removing hydraulic storage tanks, and removing all existing above ground hydraulic piping, valves, pipe supports, and accessories between hydraulic pumps and jack equipment. Existing buried pipes will be capped at both ends. A portion of the in-ground vault will be abandoned and filled.
