Reasons for Exemption
Two (2) existing drainage culverts experienced significant damage during storms
in February 2025 and are in need of emergency repairs. The repair work will include replacement/reconstruction of existing facilities where the replacement structures will be located on the same location as the structure being replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced.
This project will result in negligible to no expansion of capacity and all work will occur within the County's existing right-of-way.
