The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-52734-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Chevron Production North America Exploration and Production. The Project includes activities required to plug and abandon eight idle core wells located in five ephemeral streams. Activities will include grubbing and grading the work areas, excavation of the wells, plugging the wells, backfill, and
site restoration.
