The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funding, is proposing to repair 7 culverts along Highway 395 in Lassen County. Corrosion and age have compromised the invert of these culverts and threaten the integrity of the soil/pipe structure necessary to support the loads above. The project proposes to repair and upsize the culverts.
