Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-53950-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Phil Crews.
The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment (Table 1). Encroachment 1 is for water diversion to an existing micro-hydropower generator from an unnamed tributary to Outlet Creek. Activities include operation and maintenance of existing infrastructure. Activities may also include work necessary to bring the existing diversion and associated infrastructure into compliance with this Agreement.
