Document Description
The proposed development, at the corner of Cole Boulevard and Imperial Avenue East (APN 058-041-014) will consist of a 2,500 square foot drive-through restaurant within one of the three parcels making up the La Rosa Plaza. The site will further provide landscaping along with 9 new parking spaces consisting of 7 standard 9'x20' spaces and 2 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) spaces. The drive-through will consist of two lanes providing a stacking space for 15 vehicles.
