Document Description
The Priority 1 phase scope of work for the Strawberry Point Elementary School Modernization Project is outlined in the 2022 Facilities Master Plan approved by the Mill Valley Board of Trustees on February 2, 2022. The project is funded by Measure G which was approved by voters in 2022. The Priority 1 phase scope of work is intended to include various replacements, updates and/or modernization of systems and infrastructure. For the Strawberry Point Elementary School, this includes various work to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and modernization and replacement work for drinking fountains and bottle fillers; the clock, bell, and public address systems; shade structures; electrical systems infrastructure; outdoor learning environments; fire life safety; landscaping/site improvements; parking/paving improvements; playground improvements; and roofing administration.
