Reasons for Exemption
The project qualifies for a Categorical Exemption (Class 1) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities). The project is similar to and would not conflict with the surrounding industrial lands and uses. The site contains already established structures used for industrial purposes.
