The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Long-Term Solution for Nitrate Contamination. The components of the Project, to be funded by the State Water Board, include the demolition of an existing 225-gallon per minute well and the installation of a new well with the same capacity; construction of a 10,000-gallon potable water storage tank; installation of a water booster pump system; and installation of a backup propane generator.
