City of Susanville Routine Maintenance Agreement. The Project is limited to routine maintenance activities within the City of Susanville Exhibit A. Routine maintenance activities shall be defined as activities periodically scheduled and implemented as necessary to maintain the water transport capacity and flood protection of stream channels within Susanville. Activities must maintain the structural and functional integrity of existing roads, paths, stream crossings, flood control, and sediment detention structures that affect streams.
