The Yucaipa Valley Water District proposes a software upgrade for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems at Henry Wochholz Regional Water Recycling Facility (HWRWRF) to improve cybersecurity and system networks. The SCADA system provides the ability to remotely monitor and manage water system facilities such as reservoirs, pumps, and other elements of the water distribution system. There would be no ground-disturbing activities associated with the software upgrade.
