Document Description
Project location is set to be at CDD headquarters office and a Ramada with a concrete foundation is planned to be installed on the North side of the Stout Research Center. The area will be leveled and a concrete foundation 135” x 176” x 4” deep will be poured. At each inside corner of the foundation there will be a 2’ x2’ 2’ deep footing of concrete for the Ramada supports. A water line will be tapped in from an existing hose bib located on the North side of the Stout Research Center and ran in a trench 1’ wide by 12” deep 40’ over to the Ramada and stubbed up next to the foundation on the South side of the Ramada. A hose bib will be added, and a short removable hose will run to a portable rinse basin that will be on the foundation edge. The drain will run out to a French drain just at the edge of the foundation. The French drain will be 3’ long 2’ wide and 2’ deep. Rocks will be installed in the French drain when completed. The electrical will be 110 volts 20-amp braker with electrical lines in a ¾ conduit running from the attached Pump and compressor building on the Northeast side of the Stout Research Center. We will tap into the existing subpanel and run a conduit down the back of the building into a trench 1’ wide 18” deep 40’ to the South side of the Ramada. It too will be stubbed up next to the Ramada where we will install an GFI outlet. The exact location of both water and electrical will be done during construction.
