Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. 1600-2020-0168-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Shea Homes (Permittee) as represented by Brooke Doi.
The project is limited to the routine maintenance of four existing facilities that consist of two detention basins and two outflow structures. Periodic excavation, land clearing, repairs, maintenance, fire hazard clearing, and vegetation removal will be implemented within these facilities. Mud, rock, and various debris will also be removed from these structures.
