The project proposes to renew a lease for 2,429 sf of office space and 942 sf of engine bay space for a total of 3,371 sf. The space will be used for fire operations. No ground disturbance or other operational improvements will occur. The building space will house five (5) CAL FIRE personnel and the lease is anticipated to remain in effect for five years.
